After stumbling in my career advancement, reaching a point of exasperation with managers around me and boredom with my position, I signed up for a coaching session with Pamela Kudlick. I was expecting someone that could tell me what I was doing wrong and give me advice on how to correct my course. Boy was I wrong! As I quickly learned, that was not the point of coaching, and not the kind of thinking that would help me develop. Instead, Pamela led me through self-guided sessions that let me talk through my problems. By asking engaging and introspective questions, she helped me identify, understand, and apply my strengths; thereby showing me the answers to my problems were inside me the whole time.

The confidence and self-realization gained through Pamela’s coaching improved my relationship with my boss, aided me in creating an open and candid environment with my team, and gave me new enjoyment with my job. My team’s size has since doubled, and I have been imbued with more responsibilities, more opportunities to showcase my strengths, and more enjoyment with the work I do.
